Shipping:

It's difficult to always be exact in shipping estimates, rarely, but occasionally, my rates may be off, which may result in a refund to you.

Orders are sent out every Tuesday so orders received after Midday Monday will be sent out the following week. Please email me if there is a special request for delivery.

I am based in the U.K. International orders will be done through Royal Mail Airmail. Once posted should take between 4-5 working days.

For U.K. Orders I will send them out 2nd class which will take between 2-3 working days after being posted.

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me and we can work together to find a solution.

I reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on my handmade items, but I will accommodate them under most circumstances.

My ceramic items are not warrantied against breakage, unless that breakage occurred in the mail.
